How CANIFIX Services LLC collects, uses, and protects the information you submit through our website.
What we collect
Through our two website forms we collect only what you choose to submit. The Free Estimate form collects your name, phone, email, property address, type of service, preferred date, and project description. The Property Maintenance Inquiry form (for property managers and landlords) collects your company name, contact person, phone, email, number and type of properties, services needed, maintenance requirements, and preferred contact method. We do not offer file or photo upload through this website.
How your submission is delivered
When you submit a form, the information is sent from our website's server to our business inbox at info@canifixfl.com through an authenticated transactional email provider (such as Resend). Your own email address is used as the Reply-To address so we can reply directly to you. We do not send email from your inbox, we do not spoof your address, and the message is never posted from your browser. The recipient address is fixed on our server — you cannot change who the form sends to.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate or maintenance proposal, and perform the work you've asked us to do. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Who sees it
Your submission is reviewed by our team. We may share relevant details with our technicians only as needed to respond to or perform your request. We do not forward submissions to any marketing, analytics, or advertising provider, and no advertising or analytics tool receives your form contents.
What is retained, and where
This website does not store your submission in a separate leads database. Once delivered by email, the website itself does not keep a copy of your form data. The email is retained in our normal business email inbox and business records, subject to our email provider's and our own retention settings. The transactional email provider that transmits the message processes the data necessary to deliver it and keeps its own delivery logs. Server and hosting logs may record request metadata (such as time and IP) for security and operational purposes.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to any legal record-keeping requirements). To make any of these requests, email us at the address below.
Site analytics
Our website host records basic page-view information (pages visited, referring page, browser type, time on page) using a short-lived session cookie named __vibe_sid. It does not read or receive the contents of our forms.
Third-party processing
Email delivery is handled by a transactional email provider that transmits the message on our behalf to our inbox. The provider processes the message data necessary to deliver it. We do not share your information with any other third party for marketing or advertising.
