The terms that apply to estimates and work performed by CANIFIX Services LLC.
Estimates are non-binding
Free estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final scope and pricing may change once the work is assessed in person. We'll always confirm the scope and price with you before any work begins.
Scheduling & access
We work to respond the same business day and to schedule work promptly. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and accurate information about the scope. After-hours emergency service (5 PM–7 AM) and weekend availability are provided as available.
Scope of work
We focus on property maintenance, repair and renovation. We do not perform roofing, septic/well, landscaping (irrigation is OK), concrete, or asphalt. If a job is beyond our scope, we'll tell you straight away.
Governing law
These terms and any work performed by CANIFIX Services LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
